By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Beub Mastectomy to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.
All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the next day (providing your order is in stock). Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. (All orders are sent recorded delivery service)
All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs.
If you are not happy with your goods you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Consumer Rights Directive, provided you exercise your right no longer than 8 working days after the day on which you receive the products (this excludes personalised items).
Whilst we try and do everything reasonable to try and keep the information on this website up to date, Beub Mastectomy do not give any warranty to its completeness or correctness and Beub Mastectomy cannot be held responsible for any omissions, errors or for any resulting implications from the use of this information.

We want you to be entirely happy with the products you purchase from Beub Mastectomy. If any of the items purchased are unsuitable, please contact us via email@example.com for return details. These products should be returned in an as-new condition, for a refund.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on our Softie or Aqua Beubs. This does not affect your legal rights.
In addition to our standard exchange or refund policy, you also have certain rights as a consumer when ordering online. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, if you decide to return all the items you have ordered, we will refund your standard postage and packing costs, providing you provide us with notice of this in writing and obtain proof of postage receipt. Our preferred method of contact is by email, within 8 days of receiving your order to advise us that you are returning the goods.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services team on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU)
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of goods being received back to Beub Mastectomy.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
